NextUp TV — Privacy & Data Use

This Android TV app displays your in-store queue so waiting clients can see their status on a screen.

What the app shows

• Client first name and queue position.
• Check-in time and (if scheduled) appointment time.
• Assigned staff, if provided by the business.

Data sources

All information comes from the business’s own NextUpService (QueueMS LLC) backend via secure API calls. The TV app does not collect analytics or share data with third parties.

Device data

• We set a local device/session identifier to keep a single TV paired with its screen.
• A heartbeat ping confirms the TV is still active; no personal data is sent in that ping.

Storage

No client personal data is stored on the TV. The app renders data in-memory and clears it when refreshed or closed.
