This public page is provided for carrier and Twilio review of the NextUpService kiosk SMS opt-in flow. QUEUEMS LLC doing business as NextUpService operates this service at https://nextupservice.com/.
The opt-in appears on the first kiosk check-in step where a customer enters a phone number. The checkbox is separate from the phone field and is unchecked by default. Customers can continue without checking the SMS marketing consent box.
I agree to receive recurring SMS updates, reminders, loyalty rewards, and promotional offers/discounts from this business and QUEUEMS. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to buy.
When a customer checks the box, the system logs consent evidence including the phone number, timestamp, exact consent text shown, business/location context, visit when available, consent source of "kiosk", selected language, IP address, device/session information, and the policy links shown.
After the kiosk opt-in checkbox is checked, the customer is marked as pending marketing consent and receives this confirmation SMS when SMS sending is available:
QUEUEMS: Reply YES to confirm you want SMS updates, reminders, loyalty rewards, and promotional offers from this business. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Inbound YES/START replies confirm the pending consent record. STOP replies mark marketing consent declined. HELP replies return support instructions.
Queue, appointment, and feedback notifications are operational messages for the customer visit. Marketing/promotional messages are separate and should only be sent to customers with confirmed marketing consent.
