QUEUEMS LLC doing business as NextUpService operates this service. This page explains how customers can opt in to marketing SMS messages from a business using the NextUpService kiosk.

Customers may choose to receive recurring SMS marketing messages, loyalty rewards, and promotional offers/discounts from the business they visit and QUEUEMS LLC doing business as NextUpService.

How phone numbers are used

Phone numbers are used to send the marketing SMS messages the customer requested, including loyalty rewards and promotional offers/discounts. Consent evidence may include the phone number, timestamp, consent text shown, business/location, language, IP address, device/session information, and links shown at opt-in.

No unrelated third-party marketing

QUEUEMS LLC doing business as NextUpService does not sell or share customer phone numbers for unrelated third-party marketing.

Service-related SMS notifications

When a customer voluntarily provides a phone number during a visit, NextUpService and the local business may send service-related SMS notifications for that visit, such as queue status, turn alerts, appointment/service reminders, and feedback requests. These messages are separate from marketing or promotional SMS. Marketing/promotional SMS requires the separate optional SMS marketing checkbox.
